In the spring of 2003, four friends went on a trip to catch a small glimpse at the life of a "tornado chaser". They found the ROTATE experiment crew at the most inactive period of the 2003 season. This film takes an honest approach to capture the life of the weather research scientist outside of the glamorized world of Hollywood and Discovery Channel.

In the spring of 2002, six student filmmakers got together to create an imaginative film. A film that had no need for the conventional narrative structure. Instead, they tried to craft a film that would not only stretch the limits of its genre, but the limits of the participants. Every character, story, and set, intertwine, to compose a world where the end is unique to us all. Zero resists every expectation.
